Please note that the standard offer to purchase does not contain any language addressing concerns about wells or septic systems. An attorney can draft a contingency that will allow for inspection of the well and/or septic system. Additionally, that contingency should allow the buyer to object to deficiencies in the delivery systems and/or problems with the chemical composition or clarity of the drinking water.
